Brandklep hoge druk

PKTMC - brandklep geheel volgens specificatie van de klant op maat gemaakt. Ontwerp en constructie in overleg met de klant. De mogelijkheden worden in direct overleg met de speciale project afdeling in MANDÍK, a.s. doorgesproken.

Eigenschappen

•Afmetingen min. Ø200, max. 800mm (rond ontwerp; aanvullende materialen voor montage in rechthoekige sparingen of in rechthoekige kanalen zijn mogelijk)

•RVS - behuizing 3 - 6 mm dik, gelast (beitsen en passivering op verzoek)

•Toepassing als brandklep, met hoge dichting en weerstand tegen hoge drukken of als hoge druk afdichtklep

•Pneumatische bediening (STASTO-VALBIA), gebruik van eindschakelaars (bijv. Petercem, Telemechanique, Honeywell)

•Max. luchtsnelheid 35 m/s

•Getest drukverschil 5kPa (intern/extern) en dynamische druk voor het veilig openen en sluiten van de klep.

•Turbulente luchtstromen in, voor of achter de klep zijn toegestaan

•Bestand tegen seismische activiteiten (hoge weerstand)

•Tested according to EN 1366-2

•Fire classification EI 180 ve, ho (i ↔ o) S

•Can be installed in random position inside rigid wall, ceiling, onto solid walls, ceilings with additional insulation and duct installation with insulation by stone wool

•Pressure tightness - closed blade max. 14 l /m2/min under 1.1 bar (tested towards both sides of the blade)

•Operable at temperatures up to 200 °C

•Safe cycles without loss of leakage / fire resistance of at least 20,000

•Usable in a magnetic field of up to 126 mT

•Radiation resistance up to 100 kGy (including pneumatic actuator)

•Suitable for explosion hazardous areas class II 3 / 3G c IIB + H2 TX
