High Temperature Volume Control Damper
VCDM - Volume Control Damper suitable for use in high temperature applications. The VCDM is derived from the SEDS-L soke control damper with a manual handle used in place of an actuator to provide a balanced blade position to be manually set.

•Square dampers from 200 × 200 mm to 1200 x 1200 mm
•Tested in accordance with BS EN 1366-1
•Mechanical handle with extended spindle to set position of the blades
•External Casing leakage class B, Internal leakage class 3 acc. to BS EN 1751
•For installation in vertical or horizontal position of blade
•Max. air speed in the system of 12 m/s, allowed pressure up to 500 Pa, or underpressure up to - 1500 Pa
Specifications
Mandik VCDM is a volume control damper suitable for use at high temperatures. The VCDM can be used to control and balance the airflow at the end f duct branches and has been tested for high temperature applications. The VCDM is available in sizes from 200x200 to 1200x1200 as a single unit. The damper comes equipped with a manual handle which can be set incrementally to set the position of the blades. An extended spindle allows for the damper to be insulated to meet the requirements of the ductwork.
